Washington, D.C., is more than just the nation's capital—it's a living classroom filled with rich history, vibrant culture, and countless educational opportunities. Students visiting D.C. can explore iconic landmarks like the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and the National Mall, where history comes alive. The city’s world-class museums, such as the Smithsonian Institution, offer free access to exhibits that span art, science, and history, providing an unparalleled hands-on learning experience. Beyond the monuments, D.C. is a hub of political activity, offering students a front-row seat to observe our 1st amendment rights in action. A visit to Washington, D.C., not only enhances students' academic knowledge but also inspires civic engagement and a deeper understanding of the nation's past, present, and future.
Gettysburg National Military Park offers students a deeper understanding of one of the most significant battles of the American Civil War. The park offers a chance to walk the battlefield, explore key sites like Little Round Top and Pickett's Charge.
